The production process of ABS luggage

1. Mold making

Each piece of mold represents a different style of box, and this time the mold opening is also the most expensive process.

2. Treatment of textile materials

The granular materials of various colors and hardness are mixed, and then sent to the press equipment, using an isobaric double steel belt or a flat press, and the mixture is pressed into a thin plate by the press to form the next box.

3. Box blow molding

The sheets are placed in a blow molding machine to make boxes.

4. Post-box processing

The box blown out on the blow molding machine enters the automatic assembly line, and the robot automatically completes the forming process of the orifice and the cutting of the residue

5. Bending at the joint

Pass the prepared metal sheet through a bending machine and bend it to the shape we want.

6. Assembly type riveting machine

Most of this process is done by hand. Workers fix the universal wheel, handle, lock and other components together permanently on the riveting machine at one time.

Connect the two boxes together to complete the final assembly.
