Step 1. The universal wheel is correctly and reliably installed at the designed position.

Step 2. The wheel axle must be at a vertical angle to the ground to avoid increasing the pressure on the wheel.

Step 3. The quality of the caster bracket must be guaranteed, and must meet the pre-designed rated load standard, so as to avoid overweight in the later use process and affect the life of the wheel.

Step 4. The function of the universal wheel cannot be changed, nor is it affected by the installation device.

Step 5. Depending on the purpose of use, the wheels will also be mixed and matched with universal wheels and fixed casters. Then, according to the design in advance, make a reasonable configuration to avoid being unusable.

Step 6. During installation, the location and quantity planned by the manufacturer must be installed to avoid unnecessary waste.

Step 7. If casters are used in the following areas: outdoors, coastal areas, areas with strong corrosiveness or harsh conditions, specific products must be specified. When the temperature is lower than 5°C and higher than 30°C, the efficiency of the caster will decrease, especially when the temperature is lower or higher than the above data, the listed normal load capacity may be affected.
